Planning and Research
Our search process has been refined to keep pace with both the current candidate market situation. We will develop a customised recruitment plan that fits the client’s needs, taking into consideration the client’s corporate culture and short- and its long-term goals. Then, we will define the scope of the assignment and work with the client to create profiles of the positions to be filled.
Candidate Contact
We will contact the potential candidates and outline the position specifications. During the interview process, we will present the detailed responsibilities, benefits and future advancement opportunities within the client company. Bearing in mind the candidates’ qualifications, we measured them against the position profile. We then narrow the candidate list to those who are the most appropriate selections. These candidates are then profiled.
Candidate Presentation
We reassess each candidate with the client, evaluating qualifications and potential. Only then, we schedule interviews with the client’s management team and monitor the interview process. After the interview, we will analyze the results in terms of commitment, offer, feedback, follow-up and other considerations.
Negotiating the Offer
Once the client has decided on which candidate to hire, we will assist to mediate the expected salary, starting date and benefits. We also assists the candidate follow through on both resigning and dealing with counteroffer.
Continuing the Relationship
Even after the candidate has agreed to the offer and has started working, we will maintain close communication to ensure that both the client and the candidate are satisfied.
